Olufemi is a trained Organisational Behaviourist, Human Resources Professional and a Business Process Improvement Specialist with cognate years of experience, developing individuals and businesses to top performance through Human Capital Development by making adequate emphasis on people development, and business process re-engineering. These reflecting on employees’ satisfaction, improved performance, customers’ satisfaction as well as increase in the quality of the workforce of an Organisation.

He started his career in management consulting before moving to consulting within Information Technology industry wherein his passion for innovation and start-ups developed. Having cut his teeth training with top industry professionals.

He has been involved in various technological developmental projects for children and youths such as ‘Meet the Boss’,
‘Hack Squad’ –an educational hackathon, ‘Dress for Success’, ‘School Of Finishing’- where individuals are prepared and packaged for changes in technology marketplace, to mention a few.
